    RETURN POLICY

    Since most RAHI pieces are made-to-order, we do not hold any items in stock as we do not believe in waste. 

    That being said, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We will only be accepting returns for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. 

    Conditions for return for store credit: 

    - Return in it's original condition and original packaging with all tags still attached.

    - Unworn and odorless.

    - Without damages, alterations, stains or marks.

    Once we receive your return our returns department has the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address provided on the order confirmation email. We will not allow exchange more than once. If your order is purchased via store credit from a previous return, the order is not eligible for return.

    Returns Shipping

    We currently do not offer return labels to our customers. However, we can definitely help you with the process. You can send your return back to us using your preferred courier service. For your return, please:

    1. Put anything you don’t want in a box.
    2. Mark your name and order number on the box.
    3. Send us the box using your choice of carrier. For international customers, please declare it as “US GOODS RETURNING”.

    Leave the rest to us. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email with your store credit. 

    Exchanges

    We are not able to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a store credit and place a new order.
